Important Notes for Maxis Business Fibre Internet

• Maxis Business Fibre Internet coverage is exactly the same as Unifi Coverage for both ISPs are using the same infrastructure.
• You are required to scan and upload full supporting documents (Company Registration Form and application form with company stamp and director’s signature) to us upon submission.
• Applicant must be one of the director stated in company registration form.
• For Business order, hardcopy of supporting documents with customer original signature and company stamp must be sent to our office for commission claim upon completion.
• It takes about 1 week for Maxis to process your order upon submission.
• Installation work will schedule within 20 working days upon successful registration.
• RM200 installation fee is waived until further notice.
• Installation fee waiver only applies for standard installations.
• For non-standard installations, any additional costs for trenching, retiling, repainting and concealing done by independent contractors will be borne by customer.

Terms and Conditions for Maxis Business Fibre Internet

• 24-month contract is applicable to all fibre internet plans.
• Early termination penalty is normal monthly recurring charges x remaining unexpired duration of the 24 months.

Important Notes for MaxisONE Home Fibre Internet

• Maxis Home Fibre Internet coverage is exactly the same as Unifi Coverage for both ISPs are using the same infrastructure.
• You are required to scan and upload full document (Customer’s photocopy IC or passport (Foreigner) and application form with customer signature) to us upon submission. Passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date of registration.

• For foreigner order, we will submit the order to Maxis and provide the FTTH account number.
• Foreigner please make deposit RM500 at Maxis Center with the FTTH account number within 24 working hours or else order will be rejected.
• It takes about 1 week for Maxis to process your order upon submission.
• Unlimited quota extended till further notice.
• RM200 installation fee is waived until further notice.
• Installation fee waiver only applies for standard installations.
• For non-standard installations, any additional costs for trenching, retiling, repainting and concealing done by independent contractors will be borne by customer.
